KLIESCH, GLYDE L. 
Clyde L. Kliesch died at 11:55 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 17, 2006, at North Oaks
Medical Center in Hammond. He was 76, a native of Franklinton and a
resident of Kentwood. Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood, from 
5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday and from 8 a.m. until religious service at 
10 a.m. Monday, conducted by the Rev. Milton Kliesch. Interment in Woodland
Cemetery, Kentwood. He is survived by a sister, Ayleene King, Franklinton;
niece, Patty Dupuy and her husband, Hubert, Brusly; nephew, Timmy Lynch and
his wife, Priscilla, Baton Rouge; great-niece, Jennifer Waite; great-
nephews, Carlton Lynch, Gregory Dupuy and Kevin Dupuy; great-great-niece,
Hailey Waite; and great-great-nephew, Caiden O'Quin. He was a member of

KLIESCH, LILLIE MAE OSTEEN
A resident of Kentwood, she died at 2:50 p.m. Sunday, May 14, 2000, at
North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond. She was 90 and a native of Wesson,
Miss. Visitation was at McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood, from 5 p.m. to 
9 p.m. Monday. Visitation at the funeral home from 8 a.m. until religious
services at 2 p.m. Tuesday, conducted by the Rev. Dennis Mitchell.
Interment in Woodland Cemetery, Kentwood. Survived by a daughter, Ayleene
K. King, Franklinton; a son, Clyde Kliesch, Kentwood; two grandchildren and
their spouses, Richard and Priscilla Lynch, Baton Rouge, and Patty and
Hubert Dupuy, Brusly; four great-grandchildren, Carlton Lynch, Jennifer
Lynch, Greg Dupuy and Kevin Dupuy; a sister, Vivian O. Umberger, 
Kentwood; and numerous nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her
husband, George V. Kliesch; a sister, Dell O. Tucker; and three brothers,
Melton Osteen, Arthur Osteen and Sam Osteen.

KLIESCH, PAUL EDWARD
A retired barge captain and dredge operator with more than 35 years of
service with J. Ray McDermott Inc. and C.F. Bean Inc., he died at 8:25 p.m.
Monday, Sept. 1, 1997, at St. Helena Parish Hospital, Greensburg. He was
61, a resident of Kentwood and native of Cortez, Colo. Visiting was at
McKneely Funeral Home, Kentwood, 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tuesday. Visiting at the 
funeral home, 8 a.m. until religious services at 11 a.m. Wednesday,
conducted by the Rev. Shady Hurst. Interment in New Zion Cemetery. Survived
by wife, Velma Ann Alford Kliesch; three daughters,  Brenda Kliesch, Baton
Rouge, Kay Kliesch, Kentwood, and Paula Splane, Port Barre; two grand-
children, Scarlett and Colton Splane, both of Port Barre; five brothers, 
Harley, Herbert, Phillip, Bud and Lyle, all of Kentwood; and a sister, Mae
Cutrer, Kentwood. Preceded in death by parents, Ivan Paul and Lula Holley
Kliesch; two brothers and a sister.
