GUGLIUZZA, CONCETTA MARSIGLIA
Funeral services for Mrs. Philip Gugliuzza, 66, who died Tuesday at her
home in Hammond, were held Wednesday from the Poole Funeral Home. 
Interment was in Rose Memorial Park.  She had been ill for a number of
years.  She was the former Miss Concetta Marsiglia of Cefalu, Italy and had
been a resident of Hammond for 45 years.  She is survived by her husband;
three sons, Sam and Joe of New Orleans and Vincent of Hammond; four
daughters, Mrs. Anthony Bivona, Mrs, Thos. Kimbrough, Mrs. Jos. Macaluso
and Miss Ceny Gugliuzza, all of Hammond; three sisters, Mrs. Rose Pitarro
of Hammond, Mrs. Maria Lusco of New York City, and Mrs. Sarah Fazio of
Cefalu, Italy; one brother, Vincent Marsiglia of Hammond; and by 13
grandchildren.

GUGLIUZZA, JORDAN JAMES
Jordan James Gugliuzza, 20, of Hammond, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011, 
at his residence. He was born Saturday, Oct. 13, 1990, in Hammond. Survived 
by his parents, Maureen Picou and Vincent J. Gugliuzza Jr.; brother, Tyler 
Vincent Gugliuzza; grandparents, Mary Christine and Ervin James Picou; and 
great-aunt, Elsie Morgan. Preceded in death by his grandfather, Vincent 
James Gugliuzza Sr.; and grandmother, Mary Calabrese Gugliuzza. Visitation 
will be Thursday, Sept. 8, from 10 a.m. until noon at Harry McKneely & Son 
Funeral Home, Hammond. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SLU 
English Department at Southeastern Louisiana University Foundation, SLU

GUGLIUZZA, MARY
Mary Gugliuzza, 93 years old of Hammond, LA, died Tuesday, June 21, 2011, 
following a brief illness. She was born on Wednesday, February 6, 1918, in 
Hammond, daughter of the late Frank and Dominica Ippolito Calabrese.
Surviving are son, Philip Gugliuzza, daughter, Mary Margaret Millet, son, 
Vincent Gugliuzza Jr., granddaughter, Melissa 'Missy' Millet Anderson; 2 
grandsons Tyler Gugliuzza & Jordan Gugliuzza; 2 great-grandchildren, 
Cameron and Brandon Palmisano.  She is preceded in death by husband, 
Vincent Gugliuzza Sr. and grandson Mark Millet.  Friends will be received 
Thursday, June 23, 2011 from 8:00 am until 10:30 am at Harry McKneely & Son 
Hammond.  Services will be held at Harry McKneely & Son Hammond, Thursday, 
June 23, 2011, at 10:30 am, with Deacon Wallace Gainey officiating.  
Interment will follow in the Greenlawn Mausoleum Hammond, LA.  
Contributions may be made to the St. Judes Childrens Hospital in Memphis,
