He was 67. Survived by his wife of 40 years, Frances H. Dunaway of Bogalusa; two daughters, Dee Dee and husband Spike McCullough of Bogalusa and Julie and husband Deric Drennan of Covington; a son, Blaine and wife Liz Dunaway of Bogalusa; two brothers, Charles Wayne Dunaway of Baton Rouge and Terry and wife Polly Dunaway of Gonzales; eight grand- children, Aric, Claire and Caroline Dunaway, Will, Cort and Meredeth McCullough, Lauren Pounds and Mia Drennan; his mother-in-law and father- in-law, Maggie and Pinkey Erwin of Franklinton; a brother-in-law, Kenneth and wife Audrey Hymel of Ponchatoula; and numerous other relatives. Preceded in death by his parents, T.C. and Helen Dunaway. Visitation was at Poole-Ritchie Funeral Home chapel, 216 Alabama Ave., Bogalusa, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 21. Visiting in the funeral home chapel from noon until religious service at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 22, conducted by the Rev. J.T. Wright. Interment in Hillview Memorial Gardens.
