DiMARCO, LORRAINE GURTNER
Mrs. Lorraine Gurtner DiMarco, 80 years old of Loranger, died Sunday,
November 15, 2009, at her residence.  She was born on Tuesday, March 5,
1929, in New Orleans, daughter of the late Robert and Alice Haney Gurtner.
Surviving are her husband, Peter DiMarco and husband, 3 daughters, Dianna
H. Benthall, Claire R. Thibodeaux, Rose R. Griffen; 3 sons, Dennis Hewitt,
Raymond Rivet, Joseph Rivet; 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren;
sister, Rita Hewitt; brother, Peter Gurtner and numerous nieces and
nephews.  She is preceded in death by her son, Clarence Rivet; brothers,
Robert Gurtner and Ralph Gurtner.  Friends will be received Wednesday,
November 18, 2009, from 9:00 am until 1:00 pm at the Harry McKneely & Son
Funeral Home in Hammond.  Services will be held in the funeral home chapel
in Hammond on Wednesday, November 18, 2009, at 1:00 pm, with Fr. Stephen
Bryant officiating.  Interment will follow in the Loranger Community

DiMARCO, LUCILLE ALLAMAND 
Independence - Lucille Allamand DiMarco, 79, died Monday, Oct. 1, 2001, at
North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond. She was a native of Lafourche Parish.
She is survived by her children, Lucien, Larry, Leon and Lemuel DiMarco;
one sister, Lucy Guillot; nine grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lucien DiMarco Sr.; her parents,
Gravine and Lena Allamand; two brothers, Clarence and Gravine Allamand.
Visitation will be today at Westside/Leitz-Eagan Funeral Home, 5101
Westbank Expressway, Marrero, from 6 to 10 p.m., and Wednesday from 
8:30 a.m. until a Mass at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Our Lady of Prompt
Succor Cemetery, Westwego.
