DENNY, FRANCIS OTWAY
p. 1, col. 1:  Francis Otway Denny, Attorney, died Thursday in Hammond of
carbon monoxide gas. His father was one of the pioneer sugar men of
Louisiana; the family lived in New Orleans for a number of years. Mr. Denny
first practiced law in Ponchatoula, later moving to Hammond. Born in Bayou
Goula, LA. Survived by widow, several children and a brother in Shreveport
who is also an attorney. Burial Friday 1 Jan. in Metairie Cemetery,
Metairie.
