He was 69 and a native of Varnado. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of the Korean conflict. Visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and after 8 a.m. Friday. Religious services in the funeral home chapel at 10 a.m. Friday, conducted by Dr. Rodney Taylor. Interment in Seal Cemetery, Varnado. He was 84, a resident of Pine Grove, formerly of El Dorado, and a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of World War II and the Korean War.
