She was 83 and a native of Bayou Pigeon. Visiting for the family will be at Wilbert Funeral Home, Plaquemine on Monday, Dec. 20, from 8:30 a.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 1 p.m. Interment in Grace Memorial Park, Plaquemine. She is survived by three daughters and a son-in-law, Trudy and Davis Aucoin Sr., Pierre Part, Evalena Carlin, Bayou Pigeon and Barbara Settoon, Bayou Sorrell; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Nathan Carlin, Hammond, Russell and Patti Carlin, Albany and Billy Sr. and Rexanne Carlin, Bayou Pigeon; two sisters, Mable Berthelot, Bayou Pigeon and Geraldine Crochet, Pierre Part; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Dempsey Carline and Lawrence and Susan Bertholet Carline, all of Bayou Pigeon; 24 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William "W.A." Albert Carlin; parents, Lloyd and Ida Landry Carline; a daughter, Dorothy Young; son-in-law, Monroe Settoon Jr.; a sister, Effie Hebert; and a brother, Joseph "Son" Carline.
