CAMARATA, BENNIE JOHN
Died Tuesday, May 15, 1990, at Seventh Ward General Hospital, Hammond. He
was 53 a native of Independence and a resident of Hammond. Visiting at
Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Ponchatoula, 8 a.m. until religious
services at 2 p.m. Wednesday. Burial in Parklawn Memorial Gardens, Hammond.
Survived by wife, Peggy Beard Camarata, Pumpkin Center; two daughters, Mrs.
Ronnie (Debbie) Parker, Ponchatoula, and Mrs. Ryan (Dawn) Sanchez, Pumpkin
Center; a son, Mr. Johnny Camarata, Pumpkin Center; three sisters, Mrs.
Mary Lupo, Amite, Mrs. Katie Finch, Independence, and Mrs. Jennie Lloyd,
Santa Fe, Texas; three brothers, Mr. Russell Camarata, Amarello, Texas, Mr.
Joe Camarata, Kenner, and Mrs. Nunzio Camarata, Independence; and four
grandchildren. Preceded in death by parents, Marion and Jenny Camarata.

CAMARATA, SANDY CUTRER
A resident of Spring Creek, she died at 6:23 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 13, 2009,
at North Oaks Medical Center in Hammond. She was 52 and a native of
Independence. Visitation at McKneely Funeral Home, Amite, on Monday from 
5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visitation resumes at the funeral home on Tuesday from 
10 a.m. until religious service at noon, conducted by the Rev. Morgan
Lasseigne and the Rev. Leon Dunn. Interment in Spring Creek Cemetery,
Spring Creek. Survived by her husband, Nunzio "Bonzeau" Camarata, Spring
Creek; three daughters, Jennifer Harris and her husband, Ty, Denham
Springs, and Kimberly Caramata and Tracy Camarata, both of Spring Creek;
son, Nunzio Camarata Jr., Hammond, and his fiancée, Jenny Gemer; four
grandchildren, Tyler Harris, Jordan Harris, Landon Camarata and Savannah
Camarata; and a brother, Kenny Partin, Spring Creek. Preceded in death by
