A resident of Springfield, he died Friday, Jan. 30, 2004, at North Oaks Medical Center, Hammond. He was 46 and a native of New Orleans. Visitation at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 1, 2004. Religious service in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 2, 2004, conducted by Deacon Fortenberry. Interment in Rose Memorial Cemetery, Hammond. Survived by his wife, Vicki S. Billiot, Springfield; a son, Joshua Lew Wages, Plaucheville; three daughters, Marcie Harkcom, Watson, Chasity Billiot, Marrero, and Chandelle LeBouef, Westwego; eight grandchildren, Heather and David Harkcom, Kaylyn and Kristea Ponthieux, Chealsi, Karley and Kane Breaux and Lonnie LeBouef Jr.; four brothers, Joe Billiot, Westwego, Paul Billiot and Rudy Billiot, both of Marrero, and Maxwell Billiot, Kenner; and three sisters, Mary Ann Hartman, Raceland, Sheryl Dillard, McNeal, Miss., and Rosanne Pozzi, Vero Beach, Fla.
