BADON, MATTHEW
Mr. Matthew Badon , a native and resident of Ponchatoula, died on November
19, 2006 at North Oaks Medical Center.  He was 77 years old.  Survivors
include one sister and brother-in-law, Ann and EJ Poche; brothers and
sister-in-law, Bernard Badon and Allen and Mary Badon; and numerous nieces
and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Abner Badon and
Gertrude Belding Badon Watts and one brother, Gibson "Dempsey" Badon.
Memorial services on Tuesday, Nov. 21 at Pleasant Ridge Church of God in
Hammond from 1 until 3 pm with religious services at 2 pm conducted by the
Rev. Sarah Morgan.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made toward

BADON, ROSA 
Ponchatoula - Rosa Badon, 89, died Sunday, Aug. 4, 2002, at her home. She
was a native of Fernwood, Miss. She is survived by two sons, Joe Badon of
Ponchatoula and Lucious Badon of Staten Island, N.Y.; and seven grand-
children. The funeral will be Friday at New Zion Baptist Church,
Ponchatoula, at 8 p.m. Dismissal will be Saturday at 1 p.m. Burial will be
in Ponchatoula Cemetery. N.A. James Funeral Home, Hammond, is in charge.

BADON, ROSE MARY
Rose Mary Badon a beloved daughter, mother, sister and grandmother was 
born on August 9, 1968 and passed away at 1:58 p.m. on Saturday, April 24, 
2010 at her residence. She was 41, a native of Independence and a resident 
of Tickfaw.  Rose Mary is survived by her father, Allen Spokey Badon, 
Ponchatoula ; a son, Brandon Allen Badon, Hammond; a daughter, Tabitha 
Renne` Young, Ponchatoula; a brother, Benjamin Earl Badon, Sr., Bayou Grey, 
LA; 3 grandchildren, Mia Nicole Badon, Hayden Scott Campise-Badon, and 
Brandon Allen Badon, Jr.; numerous aunts, uncles and extended family.
Preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ellen Kelly Badon and a brother, Carl 
Allen Badon; nephew, Christian Dakota Badon.  Visitation at the McKneely & 
Vaughn Funeral Home, Amite, on Thursday, April 29, 2010 from 10:00 a.m. 
until Religious Services at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Briar Patch Cemetery,
