She was 75 and a native of Crowley. Visiting at Harry McKneely & Son Funeral Home, Hammond, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday, and from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Monday. Religious service at Mater Dolorosa Catholic Church, Independence, at 10:30 a.m. Monday, conducted by the Rev. Paul McDuffy. Interment in St. Dominic Catholic Church Cemetery. She is survived by her husband, Lawrence L. Andrus, Independence; two sons, Glen J. Andrus, Ferriday, and John Gary Andrus, Baton Rouge; two daughters, Ellen Motichek, Galvez and Katie Roy, Independence; eight grandchildren; two great- grandchildren; two sisters, Annabell Alpha, Bunkie, and Elaine Rock, Henderson, Nev.; and two brothers, W.L. Meaux, Mississippi, and Chester L. Meaux, Hattiesburg, Miss.
