Edmond L. Guidry, Jr., born in Shreveport, Louisiana, September 3,
1926, was admitted to the Bar in 1948 in Louisiana; preparatory
education, University of Southwestern Louisiana and Louisiana State
University (LL.B. in 1948); Member of the City Council, City of
St. Martinville, 1958-1962; Member of the Indigent Defender Board,
September 1966 to October, 1968; Member of the St. Martinville
Rotary Club, 1949 - ; Member of the Board of Directors of St. Martin
Bank & Trust Co., 1959 - ; Member of the Louisiana State and American
Bar Associations.
