Hall Screwmen’s Benevolent Association Bienville and Exchange alley. Whereas, Almighty God, in His divine wisdom, has seen fit to take from our midst, SILAS FROTHINGHAM, our lamented president, whose death occurred Sunday, Aug. 5, 1900; and, Whereas, his services to this association during a membership of some thirty years have been invaluable and appreciation to such an extent that he was thrice elected to the exalted honor of president, which position he filled with credit to himself and honor to our body; and, Whereas, in him were combined all of those essential elements that go to make up the loving husband, devoted father and tru and faithful friend; therefore, be it (***rest cut off at bottom of page)
