Thiels, at NO. 2320 Annunciation street, through the blinds of the front room, and entering the bedroom stole from Thiels’ trousers’ pocket a knife, valued at $1.50, and $1.50 in cash. He also picked up a marble slab from a dresser, and placed it into a front room, after which he left. The slab was evidently removed in order to gain access to the drawers of the dress, which were locked.
