Victor Vead officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery under direction of Blanchard-St. Denis, Natchitoches. Bennett, 43, of Flora died Monday, March 30, 1998, in his residence. He was a native of Natchitoches, a carpenter and welder for R.D.S. Construction of Natchitoches and a member of St. Anne Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Deborah G. Bennett of Flora; two sons, Dustin Brian Bennett and William Tyler Bennett, both of Flora; one daughter, Amanda Lynn Bennett of Flora; his mother, Lucille Bennett of Natchitoches; and four sisters, Yvonne B. Vascocu, Bernice B. Mobley and Melanie B. Crow, all of Natchitoches, and Beatrice B. Rachal of Flora. Pallbearers will be Terry Wayne Bennett, Randy Dowden, Lesley Wayne "Zip" Bennett, Leslie "Bubba" Dunn Jr., William Monroe Vascocu, Alfred Wigely Jr., Robert Kelly Vercher and Fred Carter. Friends may call from 8 a.m.-1:15 p.m. today in the funeral home.
