Will of Theodore Dugat - Bequeathes to his nephew, Claude Dugat, sum of $50. 
Bequeathes to Elise Leblanc, wife of Senateur Babin, movables. Bequeathes to 
Senateur Babin, horse. Bequeathes to the children of Adelaide Babin, wife of 
Francois Poujol, sum of $104.4 coming from a note of the said Poujol, and name 
Simon Babin, my step-son, as executor of the sum, until the majority of the 
children of Adelaide Babin. Bequeathes to Senateur Babin, certain sum, part of 
which is to go to Magdelaine Richard, my wife, which he will remit to her. 
Simon Babin will be Executor.
