Sale - Thomas Warrenne to Richard Rodey

Three arpents of land situated on the right bank of the Mississippi river 
without buildings, whatsoever, adjacent above to the plantation now belonging 
to Mr. Paul Babin and below to the land of the said Warrenne * * * understood 
that the same land will be bounded, according to the contract, with parallel 
lines and ordinary depth of forty arpents.
