Sale - Luisa Lagee, widow of Juan Franchebois, to Juan Franchebois, my son

A tract belonging to me situated in the proper Disrict on the right bank of 
the Mississippi river, in the place called Plaquemine, bounded on the upper 
part by lands of my said son, Juan Franchebois and below by those of Carlos 
Dardene, also my son by the first marriage, composed of seventy feet of width 
by forty by depth, opening at two degrees on its degrees on its depth, which 
belongs to me as being the remainder of the plantation of my said decd. 
husband, Juan Franchebois, who distributed before his death same among his 
sons, and I, having remained in possession according to the wishes, will and 
the intention of my said sons, with the condition that I would not be able to 
take more cypress trees than was necessary by the establishment and consumed 
by the said land, as they belonged to Dn Juan Bautista DeGruy.
