Sale - Pedro Clermon to Oturbano Ganey

A tract with all its dependencies, belonging to me situated in this District 
of Iberville on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of eight 
arpents of front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part 
by lands of Dn Pedro Voisin and below by the vacant lands of the Dominion of 
his Majesty, which was possessed by concession on the fifteenth of May of the 
year one thousand seven hundred ninety-five, as shown by the title which is 
delivered, and the figurative plan, and selling same with the privilege and 
power to cut out the timbers for the canal of the land of my ownership which 
is a little below by which effedt, might cleanse and deepen the canal and 
place the locks which are tubular for convenience, and occupy for the time.
