Sale - Joseph Bernard to Francois Rivas

About twenty-eight days ago, sold and ceded and delivered * * A plantation 
situated on the right bank of the Mississippi river on ascending in this same 
District, between the lands belonging now to Mr. Theodore Duga and Baptiste 
Dupuy composed of tweleve arpents five toises and one foot and * * * sells as 
it was sold to him for having been purchased as the documents of this and 
auction.
