Sale - Ignace Babin to Yvont Goudlain

A tract of six arpents seven toises and four feet front on the Mississippi 
river, and ordinary depth of forty arpents on the lines parallel, such as it 
comprises * * The said tract belonging to the above said Mr. Ignace Babin for 
having been purchased of Mr. Maturin Benoit who had had the first concession.
