Sale - Juan Bautista Babin to His son, Juan Pedro Babin (In reality, Donation 
Inter Vivos)

A tract belonging to me situated in the same District on the left bank of the 
Mississippi river, bounded on the upper by lands of Donato Ebert and below by 
those of Joseph Babin, composed of four arpents of front with the ordinary 
depth of forty, with all its dependencies, of the plantation of eight arpents 
of front which was possessed and purchased at the auction sale of the property 
of the deceased Cicillia Dupuis on the date of the first of April of this 
present year of one thousand seven hundred ninety-nine. On account of his 
share of inheritance which might be due him at my death and to her, his mother.
