A plantation of six arpents of front, forty of depth. Movables. Date: November 3, 1788 Appeared: Joseph Richard, with Francois Landry, Paul Marie Landry, and Firmain Landry, all three brothers of the late Anne Landry, wife of Mr. Richard; and Joseph LeBlanc, and Ignace Babin, both husbands of the sisters of the said Anne Landry. Family meeting - To the best interest of the minor children of said Richard; that Mr. Richard tutor of his children takes certain sum due to the said minors at price of estimation of inventory, half belonging to the minors; for which Richard promises to pay to the minors, at their age of majority, and for this effect, he obligates all his property.
