LARGE CROWDS ATTEND OPENING OF WAYNE THEATER

Tuesday night the Wayne Theater opened its new house for the fist time with
practicality a full house with a record crowd considering the inclement
weather.

Those who attended said they throughly enjoyed the combination of a good show
and a good theater.  Patrons were high in their praise of clearness of the
picture on the screen and also the sound effect.  

Mr. Faraldo was presented with flowers from the local merchants as a token of
their appreciation of his efforts in building and bringing to the citizens of
Colfax a modern movie house.
