MYRTLE MAE FLOYD

   Services for Myrtle Mae Floyd, 78, of Ferriday were held Tuesday,
April 11, 2000 at Comer Funeral Home Chapel under the direction of 
Comer.
   The Rev. Curtis Smith officiated.
   Burial followed at Monclova Cemetery near Waterproof under the
direction of Comer.
   Floyd died Sunday, April 9 at Madison Parish Hospital in Tallulah.
   She was born October 31, 1921 in Waterproof to John Henry and Lou
Ella Colson Matthews.  She was a member of Monclova Baptist Church in
Waterproof.
