OBITS FROM THE WEST UNION ASSOCIATION OF UNITED BAPTISTS MINUTES

Chambers, Kizzie was born in 1895. She joined the Union Church 
at the age of 14 years and lived a devoted Christian life. In 
1949 she moved her letter to Jakes Branch Baptist Church as a 
charter member.  

She married John Chambers and to this union were born seven 
children, one preceded her in death.

She leaves to mourn her absence 4 sons, Joe of Pioneer, Tenn., 
J. Odus of Caryville, Tenn., Paul and James of LaFollette, 
Tenn.; two daughters, Emma Muse of LaFollette, and Nella 
Burress of Helenwood, Tenn., and a host of friends and 
relatives to mourn her passing.  

Her body was full of pain here, but we feel that is all over.  
We miss her presence in our church, and feel our loss is her 
gain in glory.
