Robert Lee Slusher
Died: Friday, May 28, 2004
Age: 60

Robert Lee Slusher, 60, of Salyersville, died Friday, May 28, 
at his residence.

Born July 16, 1943, in Magoffin County, he was a son of the late Edgar 
"Bud" and Reva Mae Penix Slusher. He was retired from Continental 
Conveyor Company, a US veteran, and a member of Philadelphia 
Tabernacle Church.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Wayne Slusher. Survivors 
include his wife, Grace M. "Sue" Pettit Slusher of Salyersville; a daughter, 
Shona R. Bentley of Salyersville; two brothers, Charles E. Slusher of 
Cardington, Ohio, and Donald E. Slusher of Salyersville; and two grandsons.

Funeral services were Monday, May 31, at Magoffin County Funeral Home
Chapel, Salyersville, with Willard Holliday and Vince Caldwell officiating.
 Military rites were given by Salyersville DAV Chapter 15. 

Burial was in Elsie Conley Cemetery, Salyersville, under direction of 
Magoffin County Funeral Home
