Deed Book D p. 245 HUGH BERKLEY agent in fact for CATHERINE BERKLEY, MELINDA BERKLEY, ROBERT HOSKINS and MATILDA HOSKINS his wife, late MATILDA BERKLEY & MARMADUKE BERKLEY heirs of ANN BERKLEY deceased formerly ANN KEENE one of the devisees of RICHARD KEENE deceased the said HUGH BERKLEY residing in Bullitt County and State of Kentucky of the one part and JAMES ALLAN of the County of Loudoun and State of Virginia of the other part that the said ANN deceased for himself and the said CATHERINE and MELINDA BERKLEY and ROBERT HOSKINS and MATILDA his wife, and MARMADUKE BERKLEY for and in Consideration of the sum of fifteen hundred dollars, current money of the State of Virginia do grant bargain and sell the following tract of Land Containing one hundred and eight acres be the same more or less situate lying and being in the County of Loudoun and State of Virginia and bounded by a corner to RICHARD KEENE.
