Haynes Cemetery; Ohio Co., Kentucky.

Has no military headstone, but has a private/family headstone.
Enlisted 9/13/1861, and was discharged on 1/23/1865.

No date of deth or military unit is listed on stone.  A picture of Col. Forbes 
is on front of stone along with this inscription:
Born on Nantuckett Island, died near Fordsville, Ky.  Descendant of 
Revolutionary Parentage.  

Was Private to July, 1862, then Sargeant.
