!DEED Bath County, Kentucky Land Deed Book W, pages 132-133
This indenture made and entered into this 11th day of February between 
Charles Glover of the County of Bath and State of Kentucky of the first 
part and Charles Whittington, Jacob Lansdale of aforesaid Cty, Sarah 
Bailey the wife of Moses Bailey of the county of Kenton and aforesaid 
State, and Elizabeth Edwards the wife of Owen Edwards of the County of 
(not said) and state aforesaid of the second part. Witnesseth that 
whereas by an order of the Bath County Court appointing the party of the 
first part one of the commissioners to divide the Estate of the late 
Jacob Warner among his heirs and by and order appointing the party of 
the first part a commissioner to make titles of the shares of land to 
said heirs and the further consideration of one dollar in hand paid by 
the party of the second part the party of the first part do by these 
premises alien and convey unto the party of the second part their heirs 
or assigns all of the land in Lot No 6 in said division as stated in the 
commissioners report and ordered to be recorded containing eightyfour 
acres be the same more or less and the party of the first part do hereby 
confirm and convey unto the party of the second part their heirs or 
assigns all of said lots by the meets and bounds in said report together 
with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging and the party of the 
first part do hereby warrant and defend the title to said lot of land 
unto the party of the second part their heirs or assigns forever against 
the claim of all the other heirs of said Warner. But it is expressly 
understood that the party of the first part has hereunto set his hand 
this day and date above written. C H Glover, Commissioner.  Examined, 
approved and ordered to record. Feby 11th 1861, Jno D Young, PJBC

State of Kentucky, Bath County. I R H Conner, clerk of the County Court 
for the county aforesaid do certify that this deed from C H Glover 
commissioner appointed by the Bath County Court to Charles Whittington, 
Jacob Lansdale, Sarah Bailey wife of Moses Bailey and Elizabeth Edwards 
wife of Owen Edwards was this day produced in open court and 
acknowledged by the said C H Glover as commissioner aforesaid to be his 
act and deed examined by the court approved and ordered to be recorded. 
Whereupon the same with the certificate thereto annexed and this 
certificate has been duly admitted to record in my office. Given under 
my hand this 11th day of February 1861, R H Conner, Clk
