Friday July 28, 1961 C. Wiseman Dies at 68; Services Set. Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday in the Federated Church at Dover for Charles W. WISEMAN, 68, Route 7, who died in a Topeka hospital Wednesday after a short illness. Born July 30, 1892, at Hutchinson, he lived in Shawnee County since 1896, and was a farmer and stockman and a veteran of World War I. Mr. Wiseman was a member of the Federated Church, American Legion and Grange of Dover. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Zelma Wiseman at home; two brothers, Frank W. Wiseman of Los Angeles and Earl Wiseman of Salt Lake City; and two sisters, Mrs. Esther BENNETT and Mrs. Cassa BINGAMAN, both of Denver. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery at Topeka.
