Gelia Ann MOSES, daughter of John and Ellen MARTY was born Sept. 16, 1866 in Mt. Pleasant, Maryland and passed away Sept. 23, 1962, at the home on Route 2, McLouth, at the age of 95 years and 7 days. She had lived at the farm home for about 75 years. Mrs. Moses was united in marriage to Richard P. Moses, Dec. 23, 1883 at her parents home about 3 miles west of Springdale. To this union were born 4 children. Those who preceded her in death are husband in 1938 and Mrs. Annie SPRAY in 1948. The survivors are two daughters: Mrs. Ellen WHITE, Tonganoxie, Miss May Moses of the home; a son, John R. Moses, Rte 2, McLouth; 7 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of friends and relatives. Card of Thanks.
