Lawrence Merle SCOTT, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lem Scott was born in Harper, Kansas, May 21, 1916, and died at his home in Harper, September 20, 1921, aged 5 years, 3 months and 20 days. Although he had lived with us but a few short years, his loving disposition had so filled our hearts and lives that we will miss him so much, yet we do not mourn as those who have no hope; realizing God's word is true and that he said, "Suffer little children to come unto to me, for of such is the kingdom of Heaven." He leaves to mourn their loss, father, mother, two sisters and one brother. Funeral services were held at the home, Wednesday afternoon, Sept. 21, at 4 o'clock, Rev. LeRoy Goodwin, officiating, with the assistance of Rev. Young of Hillsdale and the Evangelists, Rev. H.M. Brown and Rev. Lester F. Sage. ==== KS-FOOTSTEPS Mailing List ==== File at: http://files.usgwarchives.org/ks/harper/obits/s/scott1169ob.txt This file has been created by a form at http://www.poppet.org/ksfiles/ File size: 1.5 Kb
