Said land is situated in Massac County, and State of Illinois. I furthermore will and ordain my beloved wife Johanne Bremer my only and universal ? heir. And that she have unconditional control of all my lands, tenements, rents, issues, profits, and accounts which may be due me, and that she have absolute and unconditional power to dispose of and do with my estate both real and personal as she may desire without any constraint whatever. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name, and affixed my seal, the 29th day of September in the year of our Lord One Thousand and Eight Hundred and Sixty two Stephen Heinnch Bremer (seal) The above written instrument was, Subscribed by the said ,Stephen Heinnich Bremer, in our presence and acknowledged by him to each of us, and he at the same time published ,and declared, the above instrument so subscribed to be his last will and testament.
