State of Illinois County of Iroquois SS Isaac Amerman being duly sworn, deposeth and and saith: That William Hollingsworth, late of the Town of Onarga, in the County of Iroquois, and State aforesaid, departed this life at his residence in ???? (can't decipher handwriting) Town in said County, on or about the 28th day of August A.D. 1894 and that he died leaving no last will and testament to the best of aff???'s (can't decipher handwriting, may be a mispelling of affirmant's) knowledge and belief.
