Services Held Thursday For Mrs. F. Greer

  Mrs. Ferrell Greer, 68, St. Elmo, died at 4:45 a.m. February 22, in St. 
Anthony Memerial Hospital, Effingham, where she had been admitted just the 
night before. Mrs. Greer had lived at the Elm Haven nursing home since November 
6, 196 .
  She was preceeded in death by her husband, Charles Greer in 1942.
  Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Ferrell Chenault, Houston, Texas; Mrs. 
Charlotte Dodd, Sand Springs, Okla.; Mrs. Mildred Gaylord, Long Beach, Calif.; 
and Paula Phillips, Altamont,Il.; sons, Loxley, Houston, Texas; Charles, Ft. 
Stockton,Texas; one brother, Loxley Kay of San Diego, Calif.
  Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Friday in the Brown-Moeller funeral 
home in St. Elmo with the Rev. Charles Simpkins officiating. Burial was in 
Maplewood cemetery.
