Palatine Enterprise [Palatine IL] January 1, 1915
Aurora - The hoof-and-mouth epidemic has broken out anew in Dupage county. In 
the vicinity of Naperville eight farms have been quarantined. R. B. Ebinger 
was arrested for violation of the quarantine and fined $25. Fifty cases have 
been discovered in Kendall county. One herd valed at $10,000 on the Harvey 
farm has been killed.
