LOUISA ADAMS TEDFORD

Louisa Adams was born in Lawrence Co, Il., March 31, 1862; departed this life 
Nov. 6, 1910 aged 48 years, 7 months,  and 6 days.  She was united in marriage 
to Robert S. Tedford, Oct. 12. 1880?.  To this union were born eleven children, 
ten of whom are living.  In 1879 she united with the Green Hill M.E. Church and 
at the time of her death was a member of the Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. 
In the passing of Mrs. Tedford, the family loses a most devoted wife and mother,
a church- a faithful and much respected member, and the community, one whose 
influence was ever for the good. Well may the husband and children as they come 
to their sad loss "Arise and call her  her blessed" and find comfort in the 
divine words "Blessed are they who die in the Lord". Funeral service was 
conducted by I. C.Tedford.  May peace be to her ashes and loving honor to her 
memory.
