Notice of Application for Sale of Real Estate of Lunatic

From 1 June 1904, Clark County (IL) Herald

To all whom it may concern:

Notice is hereby given that the undersigned H. D. Bullard,
conservator of Elizabeth Wiser, insane, will make application
to the county court of Clark county, at a regular term thereof,
to be held in the courthouse in the city of Marshall in said
county on the first Monday of June A. D. 1904, being the sixth
day thereof, for an order and decree of said court directing
him as said conservator, to sell the following real estate
belonging to said lunatic or so much thereof as shall seem to
said court to the interest of said lunatic situated in the
county of Clark and state of Illinois, towit:

Lot 3 in block eight (8) in William B. Archer's first addition
to the original town (now city) of Marshall, Clark county,
Illinois, for the protection of said estate and for the support
of said lunatic, and for the purpose of investing such of the
proceeds of said sale as shall not be immediately requiste for
said support in other real estate, or otherwise Investing the
same.
