Marriage Announcement for Marie Loer and Charles Bethard, Cass County MORNING ENTERPRISE Thursday, July 25, 1912 WERE MARRIED WEDNESDAY A quiet but interesting marriage occurred Wednesday eve at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John B. Loer, 1105 East Sixth street, when their daughter, Marie B. Loer was united in marriage to Charles Bethard, the Rev. G.W. Morton, pastor of the Christian church, performing the ceremony. The groom was attended by Lawrence Braner and Miss Gladys Paris acted as bridesmaid. The groom is a brakeman on the Burlington, a man of good habits and bright prospects, while the bride is an accomplished young lady, serving as pianist at the Christian church and Sunday school. Both are active church workers. They will leave Thursday morning on a wedding tour to be gone for some time, after which they will be at home at 1105 East Sixth street.
