This indenture made this 23rd day of March in the year

of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty,Between 

Christian Hoehne of the first part and Joseph Nolden and 

Henry Schneider of the second part Witnessth,that the 

said party of the first part, in consideration of the

sum of Twenty dollars to him in hand by the said party 

of the second part at or before the unsealing and delivery 

of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged

has remised released sold and forever quit claimed and by 

these presents do remise release sell and forever quit claim 

unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns 

forever all the following described Real Estate to wit,

for a Road to the persons herein named to wit Henry Schneider

and Joseph Nolden to wit Twenty feet wide on a straight line

across the east side of Lot Number two (2)of the North East 

Quarter of Section number two (2) in Township Seventeen (17)

North of Range twelve (12) West of the Third Principle Meridian 

in the County of Cass State of Illinois to have and to hold

the said premises with all the privledges and apputenances thereto 

belonging to the said party of the second part their heirs and 

assigns forever.



In wittness whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto 

set his hand Seal the day
