Lloyd Miller, pastor of the Advent Christian church. She died Tuesday evening at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Henry Attebery, at 614 East Commercial street. Music at the service was by Mrs. Lloyd Miller, Mrs. Leslie Pierce, Keith Jones and David Roehl, accompanied by Mrs. Cecil DeLashmutt. Pall bearers were Roy Dickerson, Leslie Pierce, E. A. Anderson, Wm Aldred, G. W. Hard and C. A. McGregor. Interment was at the Mann creek cemetery. Mrs. Brown was born in Springfield, Mo., March 11, 1868 and was married in Missouri to Marshall C. Brown in 1896. In 1900, they moved to this area and located on a farm on upper Mann Creek. With the exception of one year on Brownlee creek, they lived on Mann Creek until 12 years ago when they moved to Weiser. Mrs. Brown is a member of the Advent Christian church. She joined the church when 16 years old and was active in all church work. Survivors include her husband, Marshall; a son, Paul of Washougal, Wash., a daughter, Mrs. Maude Attebery, Weiser; a brother Joe Chambers, Kansas City, Mo., and a sister Mrs. Fanny Snowden, St. Louis, Mo; also six grand children and two great grandchildren.
