B. Cosman, after an illness of six months, with diabetes, having been confined to her bed for three months. She was married in April 1866 to Jacob Youtsler who with six children survive her. John C. and Samuel T. of Boise, Bismark of Letha, Henry of Sweet, Mrs. Tom Windle and Mrs. J. B. Cosman of Payette. One daughter, Arpie May Hornaman, having passed away Nov. 5, 1895. Grandma Youtsler was an early pioneer of this section having immigrated by team with her husband and seven small children from the middle west in 1880 and had many of the early pioneers of the Payette Valley among her friends. She lived and died with great faith in God, as she knew him, having been a member of the Baptist church since her girlhood days, and never doubting her relation to him. Her last conscious moments were for the welfare and comfort of those near her. Besides her husband and children, 18 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and a niece, Ida Woosley, who assisted in the care of her through her last illness, she leaves to mourn her loss a host of loving and thoughtful friends. Funeral services were held from Lauer’s Undertaking Parlor, conducted by Rev. W. H. Swartz, pastor of the Baptist Church. Interment was made in Riverside cemetery.
