Funeral Services For Orvel Elias McCluer Will Be Held Friday
 
Services for Orvel Elias McCluer, 83, of New Plymouth, who died at his home 
Tuesday after a long illness will be held at 10 a.m. Friday morning at the New 
Plymouth Shaffer Memory Chapel.  The Rev. Raymond A. Thompson will officiate 
and interment will be at the Parkview cemetery in New Plymouth.
 
Mr. McCluer was born Jan. 9, 1876 at Missouri Valley, Iowa and came to New 
Plymouth in 1950 from Mitchell, Nebr.  He married Sadie Mae Overing on Nov. 4, 
1913 at Sioux City, Iowa.
 
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a daughter, Mrs. L. M. Hewett of 
New Plymouth, three grandchildren and one great grandchild.
