THIS QUIT CLAIM DEED made and entered into this 28th day of February A. D. 1865 
by and between OWEN RICHRDSON, ORLAND RICHARDSON, JAMES ADCOCK, parties of the 
first part and JOHN MAHER party of the second part,

WITNESSETH, That the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of 
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars, and Rec. whereof is hereby confessed and 
acknowledged hath bargained and sold and forever quitclaimed unto party of the 
second part the following property lying in Piatte Valley, Ada County, Idaho, 
Territory, to-wit:

One Third of the Island North of the Piatte River opposite Ragdales who lives 
on the road above the Piatte Ranch containing One Hundred and Sixty acres more 
or less.

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same forever.

WITNESS our hands and the seals the day and year first above written.
