IDAHO STATE BOARD OF DENTAL EXAMINERS.

Instrument No. 1597

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, GREETING:

WHEREAS, In pursuance of an Act of the Legislature of the State of Idaho, 
Approved February 16, 1899, regulating the practice of Dentistry in the State 
of Idaho, Rufus V. Eaton of Boise County of Ada State of Idaho, has filed the 
necessary proofs of his qualifications to practice Dentistry;

NOW, Therefore, this is to certify that said Rufus V. Eaton is entitled to 
practice Dental Surgery in the State of Idaho upon causing this certificate to 
be registered by the County Clerk of the County in which he intends to 
practice.  

IN WITNESS WHEREOF we have hereunto set our hands and the official seal of said 
Board at Boise City, Idaho, this Ninth day of May 1899.
