Alma Parks Harris                      (From the collection of Vivian Norby 
Andersen)

	Alma Parks Harris,  Onawa, Iowa, passed away January 6, 1984, at the 
Burgess Memorial Hospital, Onawa, Iowa.
	She was born February 6, 1895, at Moorhead, Iowa, to Mr. and Mrs. 
Amund Harris.   On December 2, 1918 she was united in marriage to Fred Parks 
at Onawa.  He died July 22, 1954.  On October 27, 1957, she married Oscar 
Harris at Onawa.  He died May 22, 1960.
	
	Survivors include two sons, Benton Parks, Onawa and Wayne Parks, 
Whiting, three daughters, twenty-four grandchildren and twenty-five great 
grandchildren.
	She was preceded in death by her parents, her husbands, two sisters, 
and six brothers.
