	Marcella Elisabeth Larsen, 77, of Ute, died Friday, July 6, 1990 in a 
hospital in Ida Grove, Iowa.
	Mrs. Larsen, the former Marcella Hartigan, was born January 31, 1913 
at Ute, the daughter of Daniel and Margaret (Higgins) Hartigan. She married 
Elmer Larsen May 21, 1938, at Ute.  
	Survivors include a daughter and her husband, Myrna and Wayne Gosch of 
Mapleton, three sons and their wives, Gary and Kathy of Oklahoma City, Okla., 
Gale and Susan of Omaha, Neb., and Royce and Janet also of Omaha, Neb., a 
sister, Mrs. Margaret Torgerson of Battle Creek, seven grandchildren and one 
great grandson.
	She was preceded in death by a great grandson, three brothers and 
three sisters.
