	Chris Brink, son of Chris F. Brink and Mabel Strait Brink, was born 
January 10, 1927 in Castana, Iowa and died January 24, 2003 in Des Moines, 
Iowa 
        He was united in marriage to Darlene Weems on June 26, 1949 
	Preceding Chris in death were his parents; stepmother Dora; four 
brothers, Rolla, Bud, Carl, and Clarence; and one sister, Opal; and one sister-
in-law, Etta.
	Survivors include his wife Darlene of Perry; two sons:  Donovan Brink  
of Sioux City, Iowa, Rocky Brink and his wife Karen of Thermopolis, Wyoming; 
one daughter, Vickie Brink  of Des Moines, Iowa; four grandchildren; five 
great grandchildren, Timothy Brink, Alissa Brink, Ellie Larson and two step 
great grandchildren.
	Other survivors include one brother, Willis Brink and his wife Macky 
of Onawa, Iowa; one sister, Ruby Phipps and her husband Harold of Blencoe, 
Iowa; three sisters-in-law, Lois Hess of Onawa, Iowa, and Janice Brink of 
Storm Lake, Iowa; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
