                       Lawrence M. Weber

OSAGE--Lawrence M. Weber, 92, of Osage, and formerly of Stacyville,
died Friday (Feb. 16, 1996) at the Faith Home in Osage.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Sacred
Heart Catholic Church, with the Rev. Dennis Cahill officiating.

Burial will be at approximately 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Visitation
Catholic Cemetery, Stacyville.

Lawrence M. Weber was born Sept. 18, 1903, in Stacyville.

Survivors include four sisters, Martha Demuth of Prairie du
Chien, Wis.; Jo Rodewald, Salem, Ore.; Linda Stultz and Leona
Milton, both of Osage; and two brothers, Clem Weber of Bothell,
Wash., and Peter Weber of Hayward, Calif.

He was preceded in death by his parents, five sisters and four
brothers.

Champion Funeral Home, Osage, is in charge of arrangements.
